Milk good for putting on mass? i know it's bad for leaning up and absorbing magnesium, but that's about all i know. sometimes, i'll bring about a half gallon to work and just drink the whole thing.

    regular milk
    fancy milk
    skim milk
new one today: goats milk (has that signature lamb flavor)

don't care about being cut. only care about staying under 16% BF

If you get bored, go onto pubmed and look at all the studies on chocolate milk and muscle building and recover. There is a surprising amount of literature that would lead me to believe it's the best pre/intra/post workout meal to consume.

Try brewing with Kefir grains. Excellent source of probiotics. Very easy daily setup. 1 upfront cost for Kefir grains.

Interesting, I quit cold turkey last week of 1 quart daily and have been going through withdrawal symptoms I think. Could be seasonal allergies or low-grade flu.

I do too, I love milk but must have a slight sensitive to lactose.

So I have been told, everyone is lactose intolerant to a certain degree and supposedly someday no one will be able to drink milk.
This is not from pubmed, its from me watching pbs 15 years ago so idk...

Haven't drank milk in years...I am severely intolerant. Last time I drank some was because my kid wanted me to make him one of my protein shakes but I use unsweetened vanilla Almond milk in mine. He doesn't really care for the almond milk so I made it with regular milk...after I made it he changed his mind so I didn't want to waste it so I drank it.
BIG mistake!! I was rolling around on my bed groaning like I was giving birth!!!
1 cup of milk will cause me hours of agony. Stomach pain & bloating and the absolutely worst farts you can imagine.
I even struggle with my Whey protein powder but it doesn't cause me stomach pain...just the foulest smelling farts...Wifey gets pissed at my constantly!! ehehehheh...

I am severely lactose intolerant, but I can have lactose free milk and products no prob, I have been years on gluten/casein free but recently allowed dairy again.

I drink milk. Haven't been doing it as much as usual lately,
but 1L a day is very common.

As long as you can tolerate it,
    drink it.

I'd actually like to look into rabbit and rat milk,
    Much more protein.
I think it's over 10% protein in rat milk if I remember correctly.

    Rat milk, It's the future!

    Goat milk too. More potassium.

Even if you can't tolerate it, pop some lactase pills. Gtg.

You could not pay me to try goat milk. I think livestock goat are the nastiest creature on earth next to turkey buzzards and opossums.
I hauled bulk goats milk for years along with dairy and i hated that smell and that sticky shit on my hands when I connected and disconnected the discharge hose.

Well shit. I have a pretty good idea from that imagery.

I would like to cause lactation in myself, that way all mybun absorbed or used or excess protein can be turned into milk, I can fucking reclaim My own bio-identical perfect custom protein source and reuse it.

Tell me that isn't awesome for real.

I would rather drink my own milk than someone elses.
