What's the total calories and macros for this diet.
How many calories are you eating currently.
Are you gaining or maintaining on your current calories.
What's your body fat and how much weight are you trying to lose.

Cutting right after a bulk is a huge mistake. You will lose almost all gains made. Make sure to eat at your new maintenance level for a while before considering a cut.

where are the healthy fats? this is a protein/carb diet. You've gotta have some healthy fats in there and they can come from many sources. fish, nuts, avocado, etc. If you want to cut, I suggest the ketosis diet, every time. I eat chicken wings and drop weight.
