Okay this is my upcoming cycle.
CYCLE:
This cycle is designed for 8 weeks, I can push to 10 but prefer 8.
Test Prop: 150MG/EOD
Tren Ace: 75mg/EOD
Anavar : 80mg/ED Starting on week 3-8
Clen : 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
Day 1 20 120
Day 2 40 100
Day 3 60 100
Day 4 80 80
Day 5 100 60
Day 6 100 40
Day 7 120 20
First row= first week
second row= second week
PCT:
I have Anastrozole, HCG and Nolva.
***** This is where I need help with the diet as I am told. Below is my current diet layout. Any changes and advice would be great I am looking to start this weekend.
1864 cal
180 protein
118 carbs
81 fats
25 fiber
1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, 2 tablespoon of peanut powder, 2 egg whites
5 oz. cooked chicken breast, 1 cup of vegetables, 1 greek yogurt
6 oz. Tuna w/ 2 slices of bread and 1 slice of cheese
4 oz. Ground turkey, 1 cup of vegetables
Protein Shake, 48 grams of peanut butter

So updated

6 oz. Tuna w/ 2 slices of bread and 1 slice of cheese, (Pre-Workout meal)
4 oz. Ground turkey, 1 cup of vegetables, 1/4 cup of rice (Post-Workout Meal)
5 oz. cooked chicken breast, 1 cup of vegetables, 1 greek yogurt
Protein Shake, 48 grams of peanut butter, 1 tbsp olive oil

You need to run your prop at least one week longer than your tren .
That much tren will probably negate most of the effects you might otherwise get from var.
Your Clen is probably also a waste unless you adjust looking to last few lbs. it's a horrible drug and coupled with tren that's a potential nightmare.
You need to run an ai during your cycle not PCT.
Any HCG ?

Yes, I have enough prop to last 12 weeks. So your saying var is a waste? I will run out of tren on week 6. Then I would start var for 4 weeks at 80 mg. Yes I have HCG on hand and ordered some more. This will be the third cycle, mostly prop, var, clen , mast, pari and now tren.
I am 5'7, 211 lbs, 19% fat just did caliper test.

I'm a stim junky
I can tolerate 90mg adderral no problems and down monsters all day
I tried clen , it sucks, had a full 140mcg dose for 1 week straight after titration up from 60mcg
