Not losing weight in calorie defecit
Weight:180
Bf: 10%
Calories: 2500/day protein:225g carb:250gfat:85g
I've cut before and been down to 5% (veins everywhere even in the abs etc)
Problem I'm having is I can't lose weight!
Trust me I'm in a calorie defecit. I do double sessions everyday.
2 hours walk/day
15min jog/day.
Then 20 mins of intervals at the end of my 60-90 minute lifting routine
As you can see I burn a ton of calories a day
Problem is I'm not losing any weight
Test e 300 pw
Tbol 1-4 40mg per day
Please help

I would almost say your doing too much cardio..start manipulating your macro ratios ..it's torture but it works..carb cycle with higher fats then drop the fats raise the carbs..try to just do one good high intensity interval session a day to raise metabolism and def not after workout when your body will just burn lean mass..keep your weight training sessions intense and don't lower calories just carbs and fat keep your body guessing as you get below 10 percent your have to really trick your body unless your genetically gifted..

Seems like your body is not acting like it is in a deficit . Trick your body , drop your fat by half for 2 days then 3 day bring it up only 20 grams . Sounds like your metabolism is doing what it should by not burning fat to protect your body . When push comes to shove on those last few lbs I've found that going thru food cycles in 3 day periods does wonders . Shit your on test brother so your muscles are somewhat protected . Drop all the fat for 2 days then bring it back up to the 250 the 3 rd day then repeat the cycle , if that doesn't move the scale move something else around .
