    Best type of diet to get shredded on test E and anavar cycle

    Hey guys, i've just recently started my 12 week cycle of 500mg test E per week and 50mg anavar every day. I want to get shredded and loose the bit of belly fat I gained while bulking thats covering my abs. What type of diet do you recommend? this past week I have been doing literally 0 carbs not even fruits and high protein and moderate fats but im not sure if thats the best approach.

    Anyways what type of diet would you guys recommend to get shredded while on this cycle?

    Why are you cycling if you don't really know hoe to diet?

    What is your bodyfat, height, weight and cycle history?

    Anyways I do know how to diet, thing is that this is my first cycle so I wanted to know he best diet approach to get shredded while on this cycle.

    I'm 5,10 and weigh 86 KG

    This is my first cycle
    The first cycle is, generally, the most productive one so cutting is a bit of a waste IMHO. Now, as you have already started, and you know how to diet, there is no different on or off cycles except that on cycles you can have a larger deficit while protecting muscle.

    What is your current body fat levels?

    Not sure on my body fat levels I'm fairly lean on my arms shoulders and back it's just the little amount of belly fat I have over my abs. I'm planning on cutting for the first 4 weeks to bring out the abs and then lean bulking for the rest of the cycle

    Bulk or cut, if you try both you will be disappointed. I agree with tarmy that first cycles are almost a waste if you don't bulk.

    Inhave no idea why, if you know how to diet, you would suddenly eliminate all carbs, first cycle or not.

    I think posting a photo would be a good idea as would reading this.
