Recent studies tell me dim migth be more important than NAC.
Eating 2 pounds of broccoli and cawli flowers ed isnt my cup of tea.

But, i discovered a blog saying one animalstudy showed no enchanged estrogen methabolism from dim. I3c was far better.

Yet most pages recommend dim and say i3c comes with serious sides. Cancer and shit.
