I eat 6 meals a day lol like 50-60 grams pro 40-50 grams carbs and 10-20 grams fat sometimes one meal will have more fat others less but pro and carbs about the same sometimes I'll drink egg whites and eat rice cakes on the run or in the worst case drink a shake..I always feel guilty drinking the shake..ob gotta prep your meals in advance and carry them with you I gotta a lil bag with a cooler I take to work..you switch up to 6-7 meals a day and maybe a shake and egg whites and oats in middle of night you'll start pouring on mass I promise ..
