    SUSHI for Bodybuilding

Found this great site with nutritional details on sushi rolls and pieces. Raw shrimp (sweet shrimp) has nice protein content. Shits expensive but hell, when in Rome...

I f-in love sushi, sashimi, and Tataki, but it usually involves about an hours ride one way for me to find a decent place. Also, when it comes to exploring the different flavors and textures of sushi, I graze heavy.

For me it is all about the quality of the vinegar they mix in the rice. Raw seafood is one of the most easily digestible proteins out there. Love sushi rolls with avocado in them.

I'm assuming you eat this before you work out? or after? White Rice is a high glycemic food.

Im not a fan persay but I have eaten tuna fillet raw and loved it! That is expensive but probably one of my favorite things. I dont mind caviar, I suppose I need to find an upscale sushi restaraunt. I love eating meals I cannot afford. If I could afford it all the time it would be meaningless I suppose.
