I was hoping someone could help me with setting up a new diet to gain weight. I've always been the thin guy and thought steroids might help but was told to improve my diet first to see how that goes. So a little about me, I'm 25 years old. I weight 127lbs, 5ft 9inch. I work in an office sitting down mostly and workout 2-3 times a week.
