What to do about a fat gut?

May not sound healthy but I eat one meal a day, I'm literally never hungry just eat that one meal causes it's something enjoyable to do, not working right now so maybe not burning many calories, I eat healthy always have a tall glass of milk with my meal maybe two Iv read the milk might be the culprit as it just sits in the gut, I work out every second day 10 minutes intense cardio bench press 40 kg and other muscle building machines, I don't have so much fat it's just a gut hanging over my waist, switched from 3 beers on a Sat night to cider should be less gassy, I can go a day or two literally eating nothing still not hungry so there must be enough food in my gut, also on anti depressants pregablin and mirtazapine Iv read mirtazapine could also be the culprit people can't loose weight on anti depressants, I don't know it's pissing me off, would be happy to hear your thoughts.

Workout, keep an eye on what you eat, keep a log

Get good sleep, lower stress levels, mediate etc.. Losing the gut isn't hard, just need to find a program and stick with it.

What's this one meal look like? Do u know how many calories?

Meds could be culprit. It could also be that you are getting out what you put into it. Have you switched up anything? Fasted cardio. 6 - 8 small meals. If it's whole milk it's full of fat! R you eating enough protein.

I'ld love to see u post up your typical meal.

Its an average dinner size portion, last Wensday I weighed myself, I was 11 stone 7 pounds, 14 pounds in a stone sorry not in the U.S, I had lost a stone and a half past month or so, I started clen last Wensday 120 micro grams, think Wensday I had an egg mayonnaise sandwich, Thursday had Lasagne with garlic bread, sorry I cook from scratch can't really work out the calories, Friday had a home made burger with oven chips, ate nothing Saturday, Sunday had a baguette sandwich with grilled bacon Philadelphia cheese sliced tomato, ate nothing Monday and Tuesday, worked out Tuesday and suprise suprise no energy or strength, weighed myself today and God dammit Iv somehow gained 7 pounds in a week of been on clen and working out, could that 7 pounds be muscle cause I'm looking in the mirror I'm way leaner and muscular then I was before, in retrospect no this isn't a great diet for loosing weight but I only have that one meal a day I'd like to be able to enjoy it not like I'm pigging out on fast food and ben and jerry's, Iv been reading up on Mirtazipine there's a whole bunch of threads of people who cannot loose weight on the drug and it all comes off after they get of it, my mental health is far more important then my weight but maybe can ask my doctor about an alternative, also fasting isn't good for weight loss?, eating kick starts metabolism?, first week on clen lost 7 pounds second week on clen much higher dose gained 7 pounds doesn't make much sense.

    You got to eat!

There are only 2 ways to naturally stimulate your metabolism, Physical activity and eating. You start to eat and increase your activity. Your appetite will come back. I suspect that the anti depressants are also a contributing factor.

    I agree with MuscleScience.

The one thing you need is consistency. You need to change your diet to 4-6 meals a day about. And you need to clean it up. And lastly you need to do that over a long period of time-consistency. Consistent good diet will help you lose the fat.

You are eating one meal a day and using mirtazapine and pregabalin,
both drugs are famous for adding on fat.
Mianserin (cousin of mirtazapine) is even prescribed to boost appetite and weight in anorexic patients. Mirtazapine is virtually similar.
Not to mention pregabalin on its own has caused more than one person to become severely overweight.

Add in alcohol and the fact you probably got a low'ish thyroid status,
    and things stack up.
The only reason you're not really fat is probably because you struggle with appetite; or you eat only one meal a day.
Which ironically also can feed the problem.

I suggest doing a lot more physical work,
    and gradually increasing the amount of meals;
but then eat something you really can't get fat off, like oatmeal porridge for breakfast f.ex.
