Old member, newly back on the forum - need advice - T3
Hi to all,
Been a while since I've been on the forum. Glad to be back.
Quick question: can someone please explain the proper way to take T3. From start to finish. How long? How much per day, and how to increase properly, as well as decrease properly.
Any help is much appreciated.

Do people adhere to this: "You can run T3 for as long as you wish. There is no "Cut Off" point. Run it until you're satisfied with your results."?
