Whey
Oats
Banana
Peanut butter
Low fat natural/Greek yoghurt
Lots of other things that can go in.
I would do it with whole foods. And not Mcdonalds. You can add in peanut butter which is calorie dense. Put peanut butter in oatmeal lets say 1 TBSP. Then after two weeks about add in 2 TBSP peanut butter. Your ramping up your calories. You can also add in olive oil too.
