    What is better for calories mass gainer or mcdonalds?

    currently bulking @3750 calories and having trouble getting them in. what would be better for some extra cals mass gainer 625cal, 125c, 2.3f, 25p, or 2-3 mcdoubles 370cal, 30c, 18f, 21p each?

    Oats
    Banana
    Peanut butter
    Low fat natural/Greek yoghurt

    I would do it with whole foods. And not Mcdonalds. You can add in peanut butter which is calorie dense. Put peanut butter in oatmeal lets say 1 TBSP. Then after two weeks about add in 2 TBSP peanut butter. Your ramping up your calories. You can also add in olive oil too.
