If you lost fat only, it would be about 11 pounds

You should only cycle is you get to 15
But you gained only about 15 pounds of muscle so if say that's good gaines in 9 months.
Keep go8ng natural unroll you stop gaining like you do

Well I mean like you're not going to be skinny and lose your muscle if you decide to lose body fat there's a right way to lose weight in a wrong way to lose weight just cut out the bullshit Foods if you haven't already watch your carbs and fat intake keep the cardio up keep lifting strong and all should be well

I think what you are asking is how to lose bf without losing muscle. This is a little tricky.
In order to gain muscle, you need to have more calories than you expend. The ideal situation is your weight stays the same, but you lose body fat.
I myself am trying to lean bulk and my body is so sensitive to carbs that I am having trouble to dial it in. Either too much fat. Addition or I begin losing weight. Each time I try, I get a little closer.
I recommend that you calculate your TDEE and eat about 200 cal above maintenance and use your cardio to adjust your fat loss.

You eat in excess to build muscle then burn the fat with cardio
If your eating right you'll gain more muscle than you will fat. Then also with cardio, if done right, you'll burn more fat than you will muscle.
You may loose a bit of muscle, but muscle should be a few steps ahead of the fat If training properLast edited by Couchlock; 09-30-2017 at 12:50 PM.
