I’m planning on putting on 21lbs in the next 6 months to get to 200lbs. I know I’m going to put on a lot of fat but at the same i’ll add a lot of muscle. I’ll cut once I’ve reached the 200lb target!
My training will consist of heavy compound movements trying to lift as heavy as possible to try gain as much muscle and strength with training 6 days per week.
I’m not on any AAS and will only be taking whey protein, creatine and beta alanine.
