Not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but we will start here. My girlfriend started getting testo pellets and loves the effect. She is starting to lift and loving it. She would like to get her diet dialed in. I have been lifting for decades and I am guiding her into bodybuilding. The one thing I don't know is how much protein per pound is good for females. I think most men on this site go for 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound in order to grow. I try to get 1.5 myself. Should a woman bodybuilder use the same protocol? Thanks.
