I read a sticky on calc of my TDEE
I’m 50 years old, 6’ 208
Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 x weight in kg) + (5 x height in cm) - (6.8 x age in years)
BMR x 1.4 (activity level for me) =
TDEE or Total daily energy expend.
For me it comes to 2707 calories
But, if you are on cycle does that number change or need to change?
If so, higher...yes?
