    I'm 6'2'' and 190lbs
I workout 5 times per week and rock climb 1-2 times per week. I have a physical job that starts at 4a and requires either constant motion or lifting.

I am currently bulking with the hopes to reach 205. I find it hard and frustrating to get all the food in throughout the day but such is life. I've been steadily putting on about 1 pound per week, so I would say it has been effective. The problem is the cost it takes to maintain. I've attached a screenshot from a spreadsheet that shows my weekly meals. Is there any way it can be modified to reduce cost and still maintain effectiveness?

sure . drop the fruit, its only causing you gastric fullness with no real muscle building benefit . replace that with a home made shake , 50g of whey, 2 cups full fat milk, quick oats oatmeal, tablespoon of peanut butter. that will help you for sure maintain
