Eating........sh*t its hard lol
I reworked my meal plan with my coach and added in more calories and an extra meal when coming off of my cycle now.
That last meal is rough......or when I just don't feel like eating every 2 hours......its like, damn!!! Again!! Sh1t lol
Wondering how you guys do 4-5k calories in a day I have no idea lol.....

Three meals.
Too many makes me unable.
Acid reflux from tren is making it very difficult of late.
I gave up on chicken. I ate too much for too long.
I did eat three meals in 8 hours today... That aint bad for me.

I'm putting away 20 egg white and 2 whole eggs for early and late breakfast with 1 cup oatmeal each.
followed by 40g protein shake and nana post.
and then 3 6 oz cooked chicken, 1 cup rice and 100g broccoli meals. followed by a half cup cottage cheese and half cup non fat Greek yogurt powdered peanut butter mix up before bed. and a quart of fairlife 13g protein per cup milk at 3-4 am.
I'm constantly full and want more actually.
I don't get it
