Appetite increase after PCT?

33, Male, 5'-10", 192-194 lbs, 1 cycle complete (test e, eq, deca)

I just got done with my first cycle and finished my PCT. During the PCT, I did a light cut because I was going on vacation, but now Im back and dont have to worry about being lean. So I've started eating normally again but I am hungry, hungry like when I was on eq. I increased my food intake and I am still hungry like I am in a cut phase. I started tracking my calories and can hit 3500 and still be hungry. Is that normal after a cycle? Im doing less cardio and my workout hasn't changed.
