    If you don't know STAN EFFERDING then you should, this is about food........

    I have been a fan of Stan's for quite some time but for people who don't know him you should just sit down, shut up a listen lol.........

    Been following Efferding for quite some time and purchased his vertical diet and recently received the 2.0 version. Also highly recommend his Rhino bodybuilding DVD.
