    How Much Calories/Macros Should I Eat to Cut!

    Currently, I have been taking these as below:

    Protein: 185g
    Carbs: 185g
    Fats: 70g

    Beware of this MEMBER I feel his posts are only for personal gain (sales pitch in each post) not saying anything for or against SARMS just the approach that is being taken to sell here...

    It all depends on stats, maintenance cals and cardio.

    As well as what you might be running.

    your consuming 2100 calories. that's not a whole lot, but going to depend on your stats and your current workload.
    protein is thermogenic. for every 100 cals of protein you take in you burn 30 cals to assimilate it. I would think about uping your protein intake
