BUN levels were high
I’ll keep it short , I’ve been on a lower carb/fat and high protein diet but it’s nothing extreme. I’m having around 1gram per pound , some days alittle less. I drink about a gallon , maybe alittle more a day.
Is there a way to lower my bun without lowering my protein intake ?

Why did you lower carbs AND fats at the sametime? If you are lowering carbs then you should be upping your fats. You body needs fuel. Have you ever thought of carb cycling?
