    Protein Dense Foods?

I'm mid cycle atm and have gained 9kgs (almost 20lbs) which is quite a lot, some is water of course, but I seem to have hit a little plateau here and the gains have really come to a little halt.

When I started this cycle 8 weeks ago, and up until now, I have been eating 3,000 calories and aiming for 200g protein, and I've realised that it is just not enough now that I have more mass, especially the protein, defo needs to be increased now that I'm carrying 9kg extra weight.

Need some suggestions for foods that are very high in protein yet don't fill you up much, for example, tuna (fuckin love it). Simply because I'd rather not pump 4 protein shakes a day, sure it'll get me my protein but that is not how we do things.

    Current weight - 175lbs (around 80 kilos)
    height - 5'8
bodyfat - around the 14-16% region

1.5-2g per lbs would make it 262-350 grams of protein per day and that is a hell of a lot, wondering how you guys get this much protein in from only food, I would really like to stop using shakes as much as possible.

as for calories, I'm increasing it to 3,400 to compensate for the cals i burn during the day

appreciate any suggestions, high protein meal ideas, etc.

    thanks

London broil is extremely slow at breaking down, it helps so you do not go catabolic in your sleep and helps your muscle grow. In 6 ounces it has around 60g of protein and low calorie.

Salmon/other fish, chicken, 96% lean beef, ground turkey, greek yogurt, kefir, egg, liquid egg whites (great source of fast protein and easily mixed into shakes or drink raw has no taste), quinoa, nuts/seeds, and cottage cheese just to name a few! Good luck.
