    Keto Diet and Hormones

Anyone get bloodwork while being on the Keto diet?
I was very low carb and fairly high protein back in '14. On a deficit as well.
IDK if I actually entered Ketosis(Never tested via strips) but shortly after the re-indroduction(a week or two if I recall correctly) of carbs I ended up getting some bloods done.
My free test was good as well as total.
This time round I am really keeping on eye on things. I want to see what my levels of DHT,SHBG and the bio and total are going to be after a few months. Also gonna test thyroid, and Complete panel.
I would have done a baseline ,but this stuff gets expensive. My total T is always in the 700s with the free-t being in the middle so I can somewhat gauge from there.
Anyone test bloods while on Keto?

Haven't tried Keto myself, i understand its short term uses but don't personally feel its necessary. Stick with your body's number one source of energy if i was you... (Unless of course this is for medical purposes)

Heres a log i used while on keto diet. Shows what i did.
    I believe i lost around 12kg.
The problem is that muscle was definetly lost and knowing that now i definetly wouldnt use that again. I am manipulating carbs now to drop bodyfat with low days and high days.

Try and avoid the easy food on keto like bacon and whipped cream. Eggs and avocado and such are far better for you

Noticed free t and shbg was on the lowish side. How long into keto were these done?
How is your gym performance at these numbers?
    Appreciate the feedback.
