1 cup black tea
1 hash brown 200 calories and that's generous
Mid morning
1 scoop whey 120-140 calories
Lunch: 8-10 oz grilled chicken + salads (no dressing) 225 calories chicken, salad is N/A but 100 calories for fun
evening: 6-8 oz salmon fillet grilled + veggies say ~400 calories, veggies N/A
Dinner: grilled beef cubes + veggies say least lean grilled beef and 6-8 oz like your other portions, 500 calories max
End of day : 1 scoop whey 120-140 calories
