    Feeling like puke

    So just started cycle and went from 1500 cal to 3000ish cal. I can hardly keep eating and feel like I am about to puke. Any suggestions ?

    BF: 4-5 egg whiltes
    1 cup black tea
    1 hash brown

    Mid morning

    1 scoop whey

    Lunch: 8-10 oz grilled chicken + salads (no dressing)

    evening: 6-8 oz salmon fillet grilled + veggies

    Dinner: grilled beef cubes + veggies

    End of day : 1 scoop whey

    To help with nausea try 1) fewer veggies, 2) smaller meals, but more often, 3) less protein supplement, 4) work up to the increased calories- you doubled your caloric intake, of course you're gonna wanna puke

    What is your cycle and how much! It could also be the cycle. I am experiencing that right now.

    Test hasn't even kicked in yet.

    Your diet is maybe 2.5/10 at best

    Aside from the fact that it's mediocre, you can't expect to double your caloric intake and expect your body to just instantly accept it. Should have dialed in eating before touching gear. Chances are more than likely you are going to lose most, if not all the weight you put on during the cycle.

    I also don't count anywhere close to 3000 calories. Your eating less food than I am and I am on 2475 calories

    Lunch: 8-10 oz grilled chicken + salads (no dressing) 225 calories chicken, salad is N/A but 100 calories for fun

    evening: 6-8 oz salmon fillet grilled + veggies say ~400 calories, veggies N/A

    Dinner: grilled beef cubes + veggies say least lean grilled beef and 6-8 oz like your other portions, 500 calories max

    End of day : 1 scoop whey 120-140 calories

    TIA
    I see maybe 1800-2000 calories

    Use a few whole eggs, not just whites. Add in an ounce of nuts 1-3x/day. Carbs before and after wo (start with maybe 30g carb from fruit)

    Build slowly. Dont just jump from 1500 or 2000 to 3000

    Or wait until a guy responds and go with whatever he says. Obviously a 50 yo woman wouldn't know sh!t about diet.

    Peanutbutter gave you great recommendations. With only 1 pin of Test E I would highly recommend waiting to cycle. You will simply be wasting your time and money because you don't have your diet in check.

    Yeah. I like helping people. I get tired of being dismissed bc of my sex and age. It's not just you. Typically guys only wanna hear from other guys. But if you look at my pic and consider I achieved my physique naturally at 50, after a life of dieting and being overweight, it would become obvious I have learned a little something over the years


    Edit: typically *young, newbies only wanna hear from other guys. The vets on here are respectful. They understand how hard I have worked and for how long bc most of them are in pretty much the same boat with a lifetime of training and dieting under their belt

    After being on this forum a little longer I have to agree with you. It's probably not about my age or being a woman. Some people are just looking for confirmation of whatever they have their mind set on, or they want an easy magic pill.
