That guy's been everywhere lately, you're right, interesting stuff. He was on Ben pakulski's show a few weeks ago. I like what he says although I'm not sure keto's for me.
Stop over-thinking, simplicity facilitate many things.
Lots of high level information about nutrition beyond just the diet. Probably should've phrased my thread title better. I had to break up the 3 hour podcast into 3 sessions to really soak it all in. Forgot to take notes but will rewatch when I try keto again in the future.
Dr. Rhonda Patrick is another great resource for information.
