What's the current wisdom on protein intake? Both for bulking and for cutting? On and off cycle?
The number I hear getting thrown around the most is 1.5g per lb of lean body mass, but that seems like an awful lot. I've heard other say you don't need that much unless you're cutting, I've heard others say the exact opposite and it seems to change from year to year.
So what are your thoughts on this currently?
