Regardless whether pork fits into your macros or whether it’s going to hurt your physique in any way, be sure to consider how much bacteria and just straight poison is in pork. It’s a very unhealthy meat to eat as well as shrimp and other bottom dwelling sea food. Those things are full of toxins that your immune system has a fit with. I’ve seen research that shows pork is as much a carcinogen as smoking.
Yes it has protein but it’s extremely unhealthy. I advise strongly to stay away from it. Others I’m sure will disagree and that’s fine. No hard feelings towards them, but I’ve done my research and I’m satisfied with dropping it altogether as a source of food.
