Nights
So I am working tonight, obviously I am going to be eating throughout the day and having a 2 hour nap before going to work tonight.
Diet wise what would I do tonight? Keep eating at 3 hourly intervals or just fast (I'm cutting) until I wake up tomorrow?

Some choices :
- Push your day forward, Ie - the 7am meal becomes the 3am meal, 10am meal becomes the 6am meal, etc
- Fast until whatever time you normally have the first meal
- Drink extra water and eat foods that are highly fibrous / almost net zero calories (cucumber, celery, seaweed, etc)
- If you are 500+ calories under your TDEE it won't kill you to have a 2-300 calorie meal. 1/2 cup egg whites + 1 whole egg is a lot of food relatuve to being 140 calories

String cheese, Power Crunch Protein Bars, Almonds.........easy access and u can bring them with you......
