    Weight loss diet critique+first cycle

    I started my first cycle 4 days ago, tren ace 225mg/wk test prop 225mg/wk here is some information about me
    Lifting experience : 5 years
    Age: 22 (turning 23 in 2 months)
    Height: 174cm / 5'9?
    Weight: 96 KG / 211 pounds
    BF:20%

    Last year i was at 13% and had a good physique naturally but between jan and may i stopped caring about my diet and just partied and drinking and eating whatever and i got rly fat, started dieting around end of june and now started the cycle.

    My goal from this is to shed as much fat as possible while keeping/building a bit of muscle and drop at least 7% bf in the next 8 weeks

    My macros are
    protein : 220g
    fats: 60g
    carbs :150g

    I workout 6 days a week, 3-4 times cardio of 25-35 minutes and intense weight lifting workouts

    Any remarks and advice on how to achieve my goal would be great

    Such a high body fat and In one year, my advice is not to do steroids until you lose some fat so estrogen isn't crazy.

    Read the first cycle stickie. It's recommended men are 25 or older before cycling. Bodyfat percentage should be lower. Test only is good for a first cycle for a guy. Tren is not a beginner steroid

    i didnt mention taking 300mg/wk drostanolone prop and 10mg/day nova

Cycling at that high of a bodyfat puts you at risk for developing breast tissue, having spiked estrogen, and getting little out of the Testosterone as it gets converted to Estrogen. Also, Nolva will do nothing to control prolactin which is going to be spiked from Tren .

    Your macros mean nothing without meal plans attached.

    Like Peanutbutter said you need to read the first cycle sticky, then fix your diet, and revisit steroids at a later date.

    On top of that, your goal is not attainable. Your bathtub could be full of Test and tren you will never lose 7% bodyfat (aka 25 lbs of only fat @ your stats) in 8 weeks

    If you continue I hope you don't mind risking your dick turning into a wet noodle or have some female friends that can loan you their bras.

    Your entire proposed plan is just a trainwreck waiting to happen. Literally nothing about what you are doing is correct, probably the worst idea posted all month.

    Not trying to be an @ss, but your first post is bad enough. Then in your last post you added mast prop?
    How can you know your weight and bf%, but be unsure about your height? What's the logic behind the use of the SERM.
    Hopefully you learned from your mistake and now know what 5 months of partying/not caring can do.

    As others have mentioned, why all the gear for your first cycle? A simple thought out plan with just test can work wonders.

    Don’t see any PCT planned?

    Don’t see any diet plan laid out?

    You are setting yourself up to fail.

    Do some research around here, plenty of answers that you need to look up
