Mid Cycle starting to lose weight.

So I am 7th week (Test E), started at 176ish I guess and jumped all the way up to 195 during week 6. Now at week 7 I am starting to loose weight down to 191ish, my calorie intake is same. Should I up it from 3000 to 3500 ?

    TIA

If you are only following the scale you are setting yourself up for failure. You should have used the mirror, used a training log, and most importantly taken measurements from Week 1 onwards - chest, quads, calves, gut, waist, arms, bodyfat%, etc.

You could have been holding 5 lbs of water and bloat; either due to a poor AI protocol, underdosed AI [You chose to use UGL dragon pharma instead of taking BB's advice in Pharmagrade AI], the fact it's your first cycle and hormones are elevated, or a gap in your diet (sodium/water/jumping from 1500 to 3k calories overnight).

Blindly adding more calories doesn't really accomplish much if you can't determine the root problem.

Did you take any before pictures ?

Are you tracking water and/or sodium intake ?

    Changes in digestion?

Are you meal prepping and weighing all your food so you know exactly how much and what you are eating? Are you actually eating 3k calories like you had mentioned in your other thread or do you intend to eat 3k in a day and get stuck somewhere around 2100-2400 and think you can't eat anymore ?

Need the answers from my previous post for anyone to be able to find a solution to your problem.

Yes I do meal prep and definitely count calories as strictly as possible. On paper and in app too. Secondly I am putting 3000 as a goal to grow as much as possible while on the cycle. One of my suspicion is water weight that I loose constantly during sleep. I literally wake up with a puddle of sweat and my blanket wet.

One a side note I did get my blood work done mid cycle and everything looks good from t levels to estro. So I dont think the gear is bunk or anything.

Gotta second the idea that it's very likely down to discrepancies in estrogen, sodium, hydration, etc. My weight can fluctuate by as much as 15-20 lbs OFF CYCLE if I go balls to the wall with nasty, salty food for a week, and then a week later, it's back to normal. On cycle, this effect is further exaggerated. The scale is very dishonest. It's very good advice to take some pics and measurements and track your electrolytes and water intake for a week or so before making any hard adjustments.
