Fair warning, you are going to need thick skin for this post:

The short answer is yes there are ways to increase your appetite using drugs/supplements. However, needing those tools to break 2200 calories just creates more problems than it solves. What happens when you need to get to 3300, 3600, or 4000 calories ? take more drugs? does that seem like a smart idea ?

You're missing the big picture with your entire situation. Before your cycle you were on 1500 calories with subpar food choices. The human body is extremely adaptive but adaptation is a process that happens over time not overnight. Putting the psychological barrier aside, you can't expect your digestive system to handle double the calories and volume of food overnight. Your stomach doesn't say, "I better hide all these extra digestive enzymes incase John Smith decides to start eating double one day."

The reality of the situation is you were told you weren't ready to cycle but chose to be stubborn and do it anyways and now your paying the price - from weight loss, to nutrition failures, to libido problems, etc.

You were told to buy pharmagrade AI by B.B. and you didn't listen and used UGL.

You were told by Peanutbutter and myself your diet and nutrition were poor and should be dialed in before cycling. You didn't listen.

You were told about training and you had room to grow there. You didn't listen again.

You haven't listened to any advice anyone has provided you because nobody is going to give you a faerie tale Disneyworld answer just so you hear what you want to hear.

I would be very surprised if you kept even 5-10% of your gains following PCT.

It's such a shame because the members here only have everyone's best interest and want everyone to be successful and not make the same mistakes we have.

Salvage what you can from your cycle and spend all your spare time with education, not jus about steroids and training but also understanding your own body.

I also had this question, non-drug related. Although I must say, if you're having trouble getting past 2200 calories, unless you have a super slow metabolism, weight gain is going to be tough. I'm currently eating 3420 - 3480 calories depending on which meal plan I'm following. Some days are tougher than others but I'm always able to make it. But I have a feeling that when it's time for me to be in the 3700 - 4000 range, I might start running into trouble myself.

I'm considering B12 injections, but I'm going to do that AFTER my first cycle.

I know that replacing some of the carbs with fat will help because that allows you to eat less food and get the same amount of calories, but if you go too low on carbs, depending on how your body reacts to that kind of thing, you may run into trouble. But it's worth experimenting with.

You definitely don't want to be dependent on drugs for increased appetite because once you get off them, your appetite will likely go down with it, and there goes any chance of keeping your gains until the next cycle.

My question wasn't drug related. Or want supplements to add. Just a natural way I could increase appetite.

Short and simple answer, u can use sugar to fluctuate blood levels and to stimulate appetite. Haribo gummy bears is one of mine.

Do more physical activity, it will stimulate your appetite.
