    Thumbs up Daily Grocery Shopping? stop over eating and see it eat it?

    Trying something I heard about.

    instead of stocking up on groceries to hold the family and I over for 2 weeks, we are shopping by the day. That way we seem to naturally avoid crap and don't have to get bored with the chow because if i'm hungry i can go to the store and just grab whatever i want basically.

    water is more of a "go too" because if i have to go to the store then i have to get ready. we are also saving about $200 a month.

    luckily the grocery store is just right down the street, so it's super close.

    so far, this strategy got us eating less and healthier. anyone ever do this?

    I do weekly trips but, dont grab much.

    Always have my basics. Protein, milk, eggs, bread, etc.

    But produce i try and grab every 2 to 3 days.

    Its just me and my son so, i dont have to keep a lot in the house and, i dont have a problem not eating junk because, i rarely waste money on it.
