I want to get hard but dont wont to lose weight. I tried so long to gain weight during my earlier years it seems crazy for me to intentionally lose. I have a fear of becoming smaller!!!!!
I am getting ready to start an test/ deca-eq cycle. I want to get harder and much more vascular. What must I do to get cut and not lose a bunch of muscular weight?
I have two cycles under my belt. My weight is 215 at 5'10 heigth. I'm not sure about bodyfat percentage but you can just barely see my abs when I flex them.
My current diet is eating whatever I want whenever. However I do try and control my sugar intake. My body doesnt do well on low fat diets or restricted caloric intake.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
