high protein + carb cycling , low fat. sure theres lots of other ways as well , but thats the most efficient imo for the majority of people

anyone who is worth their 'salt' with specifics on diet generally gets paid to come up with specifics ;) thats how coaches like myself make a living.
so really , your looking for 'generalizations' . as no one can give you a 'specific' diet on a forum in a matter of minutes without detailed information that takes hours of consultation to come up with a starting formulation .
Impossible to know specifics without detailed information. That's why when real trainers do a consultation it takes hours to answer all their questions. Plus they often send clients for bloodwork.
There is no one size fits all for nutrition. Reading the stickies would be beneficial tho.
