    Question 5th Meal taken 2hrs after the 4th .. ?

    Hi guys,

Ok quick question also I dont wanna bore you out with such detail but my 4th meal is turkey + broccolis and today I had the 5th one (turkey as well) only 2 hrs later instead of the disciplined 2 and an half hours later .. is that still right ? Does need to have a minimal temporal frame between each meals I suppose so is 2hrs the minimal to be respected ?? Cheers guys

2 hours or 2.5 hours is the same thing - your over thinking it. The difference of 30 minutes shouldn't be a focus of your nutrition.

Yes sometimes I'll eat meal 3 and 4 because I know I won't get a chance to space right, and miss both
