    Diet/hunger suggestions

What do you do when your body is screaming at you for a refeed, but you can't afford it/too soon?

Can't afford it financially or from a caloric requirement ?

I had only been cutting for a few days prior to it, to early to get a cheat meal in.
Need a mechanism to deal with it... Like cocaine or something

Load up on vegetables and find an activity that you enjoy to practise mental discipline

    - meditation
    - yoga
    - chess
    - reading books
    - polar bear swim
    etc

Extra fluids like charlie suggested also a good idea.

Well, I'm not as hungry at all through a day, my biggest chance to get very hungry is in an evening, I think the leptin hormone plays a big role in this case.

Yeah, unless I eat until I'm sick, I am ALWAYS hungry. From the second I wake up until I go to bed. I cannot be not hungry.
People will say, "you're not hungry, you just want to eat." No, I am fucking hungry (and want to eat).
A test I learned when I was little. Someone says they're hungry, offer them an apple. If they say no, they're not actually hungry.
I am hungry, give me all the fucking apples.
Sorry for the rant! I get jealous when people don't get hungry, or can get full and stuff. It's like they're speaking a other language that I don't understand.

    Suffer.

The part of my brain that thinks I need a reseed is switched to on permanently. Only difference is if I reseed when I need to, no guilt. I am eternally hungry...must be a Dante gene or something...

Oh, I wish I didn't feel hungry too. When I started doing sports and changed my nutrition, I thought that hunger meant I was burning fat. It was good news for me as I wanted to lose weight. Later, I found out that it wasn't a healthy way as losing 1-2 pounds (0.45-1 kg) a week is considered healthy and sustainable and is recommended by the experts in most cases, and I lost more. This article https://betterme.world/articles/does...e-burning-fat/ enlightened me. So, I decided to reduce my daily energy intake by 500-1000 calories and I didn't feel that terrible hunger anymore.

This plus I find over cardio ie swimming makes me too tired to not sleep. If you are too tired to get up you aint going to raid the ref.

Dr gave me some form of time release morphine type drug that makes the sleep hold. I used to have issues staying asleep due to hunger. It really deadens the sleep issues.

As many say, he decided during the pandemic to get serious about his weight and he succeeded. The actor himself did not disclose his diet plan. But I guess we'll find out soon enough.
article u quote said he weighed 165 pounds, even at 5 feet 7 inches, that's skinny. no way he weighed 165 pounds.

why dont you eat several apples during the day. At 80 calories each. You ever notice how just 1 apple fills a person up?

I know for me if I eat real meals to get all my macros in I find myself not very hungry. But then to meet those numbers you are not going to be pounding a Big Mac and Fries! I eat a lot of chicken, broccoli, and rice as just my main staples. Eggs for breakfast. If I am trying to loose weight and stick to those I can do pretty good, but if not loosing weight I will have a good steak, potato, salad for dinner when I cook at home. If I start doing protein shakes and stuff I start getting hungry all the time.

I advise just carrying carbs around your workout. Consume 60 grams of carbs before and 60 grams after your workout and get back to your low carb intake. Take the opportunity to include some simple carbs to make you feel good in that load around your workout!
