I've tried this a bunch of times. mainly to improve digestion. for me all I do is lose some size, fullness, and strength. i do better and look better eating 6 times per day. but thats just me , will be curious to see how it works for you. are you trying to get leaner ?

Nope. Trying to gain size and strength. And improve health. Save money. Improve well beeing.
It think it will boost HGH and insulin sensitivity. And make the calories the next day more efficient. It will also refresh the ARs. And detox body, get rid of dead and damaged cells.
And maybe loose more fat as a bonus.
It make sense to me. Same as gear. Body get used to 300 gs of pro each day. But this will start all prosesses from scratch.
Its hard for me to belive u loose size and fullness longterm (2-3 weeks) from 24 hours fasting.
Ive tried once before. Real fasting. One week without calories.
I def didnt loose fullness from that 2 weeks later.
But this is different. I will use this log for motivation.
I think fasting is even more healthy than donation. Feel great now..but been without food for 90 min only
What type of IF i dont know. Rigth now i feel 24 hours ew. But maybe i drop in some 5:2. Or 8 hours/16 hours. Lets see. But i think its mandatory to put this in somehow without missing good workouts. I just lift hard 3 times ew. So dont think it will be a probleme.

I dunno. But Jerry said the 5:2 and 16:8 were and the middle 24 hours must be such fasting then. Im too old and stubborn to google this shit. Rich Piana always said. Dont listen, try for yourself. So i follow me feel.
Rigth now me feel is hungry as hell. Soon 7 hours without calories. But just hungry. Not tired and feeling weak yet.

There are many different approaches to intermittent fasting.
Such as:
- 16/8 ) you fast for 16 hours and eat within the 8 hour time period
- 5:2 ) fast for 2 days a week
- eat-stop-eat ) do a 24 hours fast once or twice a week
- alternate day fasting ) fasting for 24 hours eod
- warrior diet ) fast during the day and eat a big meal around the night
- meal skipping ) skip meals during the day spontaneously

Nope, just wanted to see if i coul take it. U read all about starving in African and tortur without food etc. Just wanted to feel the pain. But i was younger then..like 28 i think. And i have red it was the most healthy u could do. And i wanted to work on my stubborness.
I remember that last day, i could barely carry the bags of food i bougth with m home. Well, i made my gf the best my favourite dinnerfood i could come up with, sat in the sofa with her and watch her eat.
I made it. Cleaned up, went to bed and stoped my fasting the very next day with fruit. 7 days with just water.
Biggest surprise was. I could do it but it didnt see any fatloss what so ever....more a skinnyfat recomb:-/
But it was a new start for all my organs. Felt like it. And as my mentor from the 80s swedish bodybuilder champ, Andreas Calhling said, after u will gain in a speed you have never seen before, i did really recover quickly and most likely to a better shape than i was before the fasting.
But, it would be to difficult with my job these days. Those last 4 days in weekfasting must be extratime i think.

thanks...i ave started shoulderfeeders at home again. And my new neckropes arrieved from Wish. U know those u wrap on your scull with ironropes hanging down( dont remember the the englis for "kjetting") which u attach to weigths. Then u move your head up and down. Looks silly, best to do home...but!!!!...it REALLY hits the traps and neck. In a bettr way than 4 plates shrugs...MUCH BETTER!!.
So feeders for shoulders, and this "machine"...and 40 reps military press for upper chest and then u have all u need to look buff. Meat around the shoulders, upper chest, neck and traps area is what makes u strettbuff. Simple.

Im a King. Not a dude:/
Before christmas i was running 250 sus and nebido. And 25 mg LGD and 25 mg s23. At max doses.
In addition 12.5 mg mk677 and 25 mg cardarine.
Anyway. Im up for another 24 hours fasting today as i did last week. For sure i didnt loose any size or strength. But i felt cleaner and fresher. As we speak i have a lot more energy. Perhaps its because the sarms is out of the system. But i really think intermediate fasting is good for u makes every thing more efficient.
Cons: quality of life that fasting day. And trouble sleeping that day.
Thats about all the sides i noticed so far.
The list of pros is long and described earlier in this thread.

I live in Norway . Listen. There 5 countries in the area. Mine Norway, our neighbours Sweden witch Trumf rigthfully used as a example of how bad things can go if u open borders and let feminists rule too much. Then we have the flat Denmark with drinks at the gastation and with a lot of antimuslim politiciants, Finnland (Nokia cellophone and Nokian tires) and Iceland with no standing military forces located in the ocean north of England.
Ok, school is finished. Get your skinny asses out of the clasroom...NOT u Monica!

Thighs today. Tomorrow another 24 hours fasting. Havent noticed any lack of fullness or strengthloss. More opposite. Im pleased because i manage to keep my prechristmas gains. Cant see any difference now but the fasting. As a matter of fact im playing with the thougth of throwing some 5:2 in there also. I guess we all agree eating as less as possible yet keep a max anabolic environment is the way to go.
Stil, only cons is the quality of life that fasting day. But i get used to it. And somehow its nice to not forcefeed every 2. hour also.
5:2...mmm...yes..maybe!
Make everything more effective homie. Whats the point in food if your receptors are fed up with amounts of macros all the time.

Actually I was afraid of being in a protein deficit until I read this book "Way of the peaceful warrior". It's where I found out that you can fast for a week and still be good at sports. Since then I did one-day fasts and felt awesome the day afterwards. The most I went without food was 3 days, but I'll attempt at some point a 7 days fast. Benefits are great for the mind as well, not only the digestive system and sensitivity to insulin afterwards. Usually the third and fourth days are the hardest, I never passed the third, hoping to get that discipline level some day.
