Post Need Guidance on Nutrient Dense protein/meats

So i'm looking at nutrient rich sources of protein and after doing a bit of reading this is basically the top of my list. what are your favorites. that is to say, stuff you eat on the daily, or could.

    All Organ Meats
-I can really only do heart. don't like liver, nuts, or brains. [never tried nuts or brains and i won't ever] I wonder if i could start cooking some good stuff with beef heart. I've had some Peruvian dishes of beef heart that were bomb AF. if cooked the right way, i believe i could do beef heart every day. gotta find that recipe though.

Grass Fed Meats: i hear these are the best, but what cuts?

Ranged animal meats: basically same as above.

    AND ON THE SIDE,

Most Nutrient Dense Favorite carbs: my favorite carbs are rice, and quinoa. second i'd say potatoes then Oatmeal. i know the last (2) are packed with more nutrients. what's a good way to jazz up Oatmeal? and how do you like your potatoes? i love hash browns. i bet i could make some low fat tatter hash browns.

Most Nutrient Dense favorite Fats: my favorite fats here are the worst. No 1. being bacon fat, but i don't use that much. i like vegetable oil and peanut oil. i do believe i have a taste for flax oil, but how does flax oil doing in cooking???

Organ meats and full fat meats are the most dense. Chicken thighs instead of boneless skinless chicken, 80/20 ground beef instead of 93/7, etc. Seafood is also great because it not extremely filling (to me atleast) and you may be able to eat larger portions.

Nut butters give you great mileage - just need to ensure only 1 ingredient listed. Ie Peanut Butter would only have roasted peanuts as the ingredient - no added sugar, additives, other oils etc

I find all vegetable oil derivatives to be hot garbage and unhealthy. I use coconut oil and butter for cooking, olive oil for marinating / salads. I I wasn't allergic, I would use flax seed oil as well.

Olive Oil you want to be careful with because a lot of the cheap olive oils are actually cut with other oils to bring the cost down. I use Kirkland Brand from Costco myself as it's verified and passed whatever testing they do.

Grass fed meat is marginally better, but for me the cost:benefit value isn't there. In canada the price difference is anywhere from 50-100% more expensive (depending on sales). If money is no obstacle then grass fed all the way.

Broth is a substitute to oils / butter when cooking, especially when cutting.

I stopped using all cooking sprays after understanding how useless they are. The zero calorie claim is all smoke and mirrors. The reason the companies can get away with listing 0 calories on the cooking sprays is because they have a single serving listed as 1/8th of a second or whatever. To coat a medium / large frying pan you are looking at 2-3 seconds of spraying. At that point your at an easy 7-9grams of fat. Basically almost a tablespoon of a real oil

Most nutrient dense protein source is milk. Period. Sooooo many of people's problems would be gone if they just drank more milk. You don't need to spend a bunch of money on a dead cow that got treated "nicely" (organic), just buy some freaking full fat milk and make some gains. The calcium content of milk counteracts any possible fat gain from said milk.

cools bros. thanks. i really make waaay too much homework for myself with all these dang posts. the ideas and questions are just constantly coming though. so stupid because i can't remember all of it. right now i'm dealing with weakness. i feel weak. i was sleep deprived the last few days. it's getting better, but dang i have to keep my eye on the time when i'm using DBOL DECA and Test C. just last night i added CJC 1295 W DAC, BPC 157, and GHRP-2. oh boy. gonna lift a bit now, but sheesh. i think i'm going to start eating the majority of my days calories earlier in the day.

oh yea and right now i'm also trying to figure out when to best take my Glucose disposal Agent. ideally after all the eating is done i guess. then it's just water and air. my calorie surplus is 500. i really am not willing to get above 12% bodyfat.

you know what. i'm going to blast my legs with squats and presses. some jogging too.

I do love milk... i'm going to see how my days stats would look if i drank 16oz right now...

I'm gonna drink 16oz now, but that's it for the day. that put me 2g over my sugar intake for the day. i almost never over do it with sugar. 2g aint a big dealeo. like decimal dust.

Had to read your response a few times, WINDEX
