Cheerios as a carb source???
My girl bought a box of Cheerios last week and man I forgot how good they are lol. I’m talking just the plain original Cheerios. They seem like they would be an easy, ok carb source I don’t add milk, I just like to eat them dry... what do you guys think?

I have been loving them! lol it’s been years since I’ve had them. They are quick and easy. And I’m bulking so quick and easy is a good thing lol
