Nowhere NEAR a perfect diet, but many times better than where I was before my first round of BW where I was eating fast food and junk food probably 2-3 times a week. I honestly can't remember the last time I had fast food now. And I had pizza one time within the last month or two. Other than that, I've stayed very consistent to a better diet than what I've ever had consistently.
I've also been taking a lot of fish oil, as well as red yeast rice and niacin for cholesterol. But for my 2nd round of BW, 3 months later, my numbers somehow came back slightly worse. My HDL is exactly the same as it was before. My LDL is just a little bit higher. At least my triglycerides went down quite a bit and my total cholesterol is down, but the HDL and LDL ratio are what I would consider unacceptable for cycling, especially since my HDL is considered in the low range.
Does anyone have any advice about improving those numbers? Because it seems like improving my diet and staying consistent with it has actually made matters worse somehow (although my gains are better than they've ever been). I'm not going to cycle if my shit is already jacked up.
