How to use creatine please tell me....i am in bulking mode.
My age 26,
Height- 5’7”
Weight- 65kg
Total Calories intake- 3500-4000
Protein- 300g
Carbs - 450g
Fat - 80-90g
I studied, it use after workout with protein powder.
People say that drink 4-5 letter water/day
I drink 1.5 letter low fat milk daily
My question is drink only water or other liquid like as milk ?
Creatine can be mixed with just about anything (except liquid egg whites, it just clumps up). Water, milk, juice, yogurt. Hell, you could probably sprinkle it in your food if you felt so inclined to do so.
I buy unflavored. Just throw a teaspoon of it in your mouth and wash it down with some water. It's simple.
if your really hard core you can heat it up on a spoon , draw it up a pin and main line it. but that would be really unnecessaryQuote:
