Does anyone else have this problem?
~2 months ago I increased my protein to ~250g a day, and along with the calorie increase, I've had some amazing gains. Best I've ever had. BUT (butt)....the protein farts man. I don't always get them, but it happens often enough. They're SO bad, almost like hot rotten moldy food mixed with hot rotten moldy poop. And it lingers too.
Is there some way to avoid this or minimize it? I'm assuming it's the protein intake, as this is the highest I've ever consistently had.
