    PerfectAmino

Wanted to get people's thoughts on this. I have been taking them for a while and have had great results! Have pretty much quit drinking protein shakes as these have a 99% utilization. Do you guys think protein shakes are needed if I'm taking this product?

Looks like basic BCAA with gimicky marketing. I wouldn’t touch it and no it won’t shore up your protein needs.

    looks expensive
I'm sure there are other products with similar or better ingredients for a cheaper price

I use a BCAA powder during my training sessions and the powder costs me $18 which lasts 1.5 months

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't protein powder essentially just BCAA's?

I wonder if they have a 99% utilization rate?

They are different, amino acids are the building blocks that turn into protein by forming links together (polypeptides) and protein is broken down into amino acids. It's kindof like if you had a chunk of rubber and cut it into a circle, it doesn't become a tire (maybe not the best analogy)

Ben Greenfield seems to believe so. He tests everything.

If your using a high quality whey powder supplement you really shouldn't need any additional BCAA's.
