Has anyone tried a meat diet?
I feel happier, more energized and hornier when I eat meat, alot, and it has to be bloody.
Well-done has no effect on me.
Probs placebo, but heck, if it works it works.
So I wanna start a meat diet and wanted to see if anyone has any experience eating tons of meat everyday and train?
I have good oils to sub for fat fish loss.
Oats and eggs for breakfast.
The rest of the day will be 500-600 gram meat spread out on different meals with a lot of veggies and a good carb source.
No fish, chicken, pork or anything else foodwise will be used.
No aas.
Will probs throw in a gainer or prot shake depending on day, maybe some nuts.
Any thoughts or advice except don't do it?^^
Might poop pure meat pieces...
