Can someone please explain the new "HCG Diet" regiment or whatever.
Most ladies in family and friends want to jump on it and keep asking me. They found some clinic who give you "weight loss" shots of hcg once a week and have to stay on 500 calorie diet. Now I am familiar with what hcg is but the technicality and legality is questionable on this one.
Isn't hcg not OTC or sorta not used for this.
Thanks in advance.

100% bullshit.
Guess what happens in a calorie deficit... You burn fat.
Hcg does absolutely nothing for fat loss. Waste of money, time, and willpower.

if your worried about legality of HCG . you can obtain the exact same results the HCG diet promises by simply buying an insulin syringe and injecting saline water once per week and staying on your 500 calorie diet (the HCG is just a ploy to make you pay for it and the service to go in and get your injection, the actual weight loss is from the 500 cal diet)
