    Body fat measuring

Whats the most accurate way to measure body fat?
Also whats an easy at home method? Is there a math formula that maybe wont give you the exact % but can be used as a guage to track results?
Ive always just guessed by looking in the mirror and comparing to others that know there %. . I believe Im in the lower teens.
    Thanks

Mirror is always a good guesstimate. And dexa scans are pretty accurate.

Body Fat calipers are going to be the easiest at home method, easy to travel with, and least expensive.

DEXA scans are accurate if you are consistent and control your variables. Hydration is one variable than can give a false reading.
