I preffer unflavored myprotien brand 100% whey.
Add a Nana it's ok
best protein powder hands down I ever had is Species Nutrition whey isolate (various flavors).. super smooth and mixes better then anything else I've ever tried. its damn pricy though. Blackstone labs 'Isolation' isn't bad and is quite a bit more affordable

Outside of macros, they will have some type of filler or synthetic ingredients. Most nutritious would be making your own from whole food.
The Romane Lanceford philosophy is exactly this. Tuna and rice in a blender with water. Down the hatch. I'm sure egg whites + cocoa powder + honey + fruit would taste better

I'm still hooked on ON whey. But damn it's pricey. I get it from Costco on-line. Right now it's $58 for about a 5.6 lb bag. I've seen it where they have sales down to $35 per bag, but it's rare. Anyone know a cheaper site for that product?
I only use ON Gold Standard Whey and Casein protein powders. Buy at Vitamin Shoppe when they have 20% off 5lb. of whey is $46.
