    Hey Vomarki,

I'm so sorry it took so long to get someone on this board to respond, because you obviously came to the right place.

Can you give us more of your stats? When you say "training", what do you do for training? How much protein are you consuming? What about healthy fats?

I look forward to helping you!

Just eat meat, and meat only. Drink plenty of water and add in some salt here and there. Throw in some veggies if you want but that’s my advice. Eating meat has made a difference with me.

There are plenty ways to skin a cat and you need to figure out what works best for you.

I can’t buy in to crazy low carb diets. It’s easier to up cardio and training over starving yourself but that’s just me.

For me: tons of lean meat, small amounts of red or dark meat, tons of egg whites, small amounts of whole eggs, some veggies, some almonds
